    Weigh-in

    Another weigh in has come.  I went down to 221.5.  So I lost the 1.5 lbs. I gained last week, plus 1 more pound.  I am very happy with that.  Adam went up 1 lb. to 270.  All in all, it wasn't a terrible week.  We hope all of you are doing well.  God bless!
