    Oops!

    Well, Easter weekend was a disaster!  It's not that I ate a lot at one sitting, it's the fact that we had so many visits with different people that make food.  Monday through Wednesday was my own fault, I was so far off the wagon that the wagon wasn't even in sight.  So I am up to 224, which is 3 pounds heavier than last week.  The good news is that I am back on track.  I am not giving up.  I will be posting my progress early next week.  God bless!
